And now I see THIS after tapping on a link in my @Instagram notifications. Still the date of the post is wrong (I posted the original clip last night at 10:05pm NYC time, not 2:05–is IG headquartered in Hawaii or something?!?) and the copyright owner still is not listed. And as I said in an earlier post, this is #FairUse. I don’t need permission from Marvel studios to share a 30-ish second documentation of what my wife and I are doing on a Friday night in our own home. This almost feels like an invasion of privacy on top of an abridgment of my freedom of speech. The hell, guys? I’m just sharing a tiny part of my life that happens to involve enjoying copyrighted material. I don’t think Disney Studios is going to mind the free word-of-mouth advertising.
